Countdown to Fall Semester

Well, I’m finally all set student-loan wise for my fall semester. There were some hiccups, some misunderstandings, but it’s straightened out and I’m packaged for fall. I picked up my books last week and thank God for book vouchers, because even without my French book (which will carry me for four semesters and was $123), the total still came to about $300, and that’s two books used. Criminal really.

I’m taking Intermediate French I, U.S. History I, World Civilization II, Introduction to Political Science and Topics in History/Religion. All but one of my professors was listed at RateMyProfessor.com, so I know I’m in for a lot of work. I’m really excited about my classes, since they’re primarily history related. It’s my favorite subject, so it should be a good semester. Well, interesting at least.

I finally got my new bed put together and my father moved my desk from one side of the room to the other. Everything is much more organized now and there’s tons more space now that I have a bed that’s open underneath. I hated the drawers on the old one. I cleaned out my closet today, too. All that’s left is finished my laundry and cleaning out my book case.

Online wise — I still have three fanlistings to finish, a few new layouts and several features to add. It’s going to be a busy week!
